How do I download my file?

After purchase, the file is available for download in the Order Confirmation page. You will automatically receive an order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file.

I am getting a message saying Files are unsafe to download?

This is not the case - the files, and the website are safe. This message is a result Chrome’s security updates and is more likely to occur when using Enhanced Protection on Chrome Safe Browsing.

Do you offer a digitising service?

No, I don’t offer digitising. If, however you are interested in one of my designs in a different size or format, please feel free to contact me to discuss options

Are your designs tested?

Yes - all designs are thoroughly tested for differing machines, using a variety of fabrics, threads and stabilisers

How easy are your designs?

All In The Hoop projects come with full colour, Set-by-Step PDF instructions. Each step is clearly explained with lots of photos to help you on the way

I Forgot my Password ….

I’m unable to change your password for you, but go to Login (top right corner of the Home page) and enter your email address.

You can click ‘Forgot password?’ to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.
